What we do is simple BUT work hard to shop your order that are in good condition and fresh, like you would’ve picked them yourself. We only deliver authentic and quality products.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed? A: Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, you cannot make changes. However, you can cancel your order up until the order cut-off point (until Sunday 11.59pm for Monday delivery and Tuesday 11.59pm for Wednesday delivery) specified.
Q: How We Package Your Order for Delivery? A: Your order is carefully shopped and packed by our dedicated team of pickers on the day of your delivery.
Your meat and frozen orders are kept cool in transit using isothermal insulated foil bags packed in double-wall cardboard boxes. Additionally, your chilled and frozen products are packed with specially designed ice packs. The insulated cardboard box is leak-proof and sturdy, keeping the contents cool. Our ice packs are made with a water-based gel, which remains as a gel when melted, preventing the delivery from becoming wet. This ensures that the products remain at the correct temperature for up to 48 hours.

Frozen and perishable goods will be in temperature-controlled packaging during transit where required. Please refrigerate or freeze your products upon delivery.
