Delivery is currently available only within Medway areas. Please check your postcode for availability. Orders will be dispatched on the following days:
Monday: Order by Sunday 11:59 pm
Wednesday: Order by Tuesday 11:59 pm
The above delivery timeframes are estimated. In the event of a delay, your order will be dispatched on the next delivery day. দেশী Bazar Team will make every effort to deliver your goods on time but is not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our or the driver’s control.
If your postcode is eligible for our delivery service, orders will be delivered directly by the দেশী Bazar Team to the shipping address specified in your completed order form.
For Residential Addresses: Delivery will be to the main entrance of the address. For apartment blocks, we will attempt to deliver to the front door of your flat but may deliver to the property’s main entrance if it is deemed unsafe or impractical to deliver to your front door.
For Business Addresses: Delivery will be to the ground floor communal area/entrance.
Our team will strive to deliver at your convenience, but it is at the driver’s discretion to deliver to the front door or not.
If you are a vulnerable, disabled, or elderly customer, you can request our delivery drivers to bring your shopping inside your home. This will be done if the driver believes it is safe and practical. Please note, drivers cannot enter your home if you are self-isolating.
All deliveries must be received and signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over. দেশী Bazar will not be liable for unsuccessful delivery attempts. If nobody is available to accept the order at the delivery address, the order will be returned to the local depot, where it will be kept for the next 48 hours. Arrangements MUST be made to collect the order from the depot or have it delivered on the next available delivery day, with the same delivery charge applied.
If no arrangement is made for the missed delivery within 48 hours, we reserve the right to retain the delivery charge and the cost of any perishable items. We may refund the price paid for any non-perishable items. Please see our full Terms and Conditions for more details.
Customers can provide additional delivery instructions when placing their order. You may need to verify your delivery with either the last 2 or 4 digits of the phone number used to place your order. You will not need to provide your full phone number, just the requested digits.
You may receive a text from our delivery team with the driver’s name, estimated arrival time, and a reminder for the 2 or 4 digits required to verify your order.
If there are any issues with your order, including missing items, please email us immediately within 24 hours of delivery at deshibazar.co.uk@gmail.com. Refunds will NOT be issued for missing items not reported within 24 hours.
